In & Out offers an opportunity to take a gentle journey within ourselves, to enjoy peace and rest, and to come out renewed. Through a series of seven brief videos offering suggestions for reflection, vizualization and meditation, journey with me as we go deeper and come to a place for rest and refreshment. This is for people of any faith tradition or none, and doesn't talk religion. Watch each video in turn below when you are ready to, or bookmark the 'In & Out' playlist on my YouTube channel, where the videos are also available. My suggestion is that you take as long as you need between each video, perhaps leaving at least a couple of days between each – there's no rush!
